INTERNATIONAL SALES & EXPORT CONSIDERATIONS
US Export Regulations require businesses such as Prime Distributing Co. to take reasonable steps to ensure your purchases from us are in compliance with END-USER and END-USE requirements of the U. S. Export Administration Regulations.
These regulations prohibit exports or re-exports to end-users or organizations involved in:
1. Development or Manufacture of Nuclear Weapons
2. Development or Manufacture of Chemical Biological Weapons
3. Terrorist Activities
These regulations also prohibit exports or re-exports to any end-user, organization, country or region whose name appears on the following U.S. Government lists. You can access current sites listed on the Internet at:
NOTE:
1. In general, Prime Distributing Co. does not sell any products that would be subject to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). If any products were subject to the HTS, the number would be provided by the manufacturer and would be needed for filling out the UPS' Shippers Export Declaration. UPS should be able to do the AES filing.

2. New international customers wishing to do business with Prime Distributing Co. would need to provide Prime Distributing Co. with the name of his company, a verifiable "ship to" address, and fulfill all security requirements. Customers in China will also need to verify the HTS#, if any, for entry through China's Customs Service. The HTS# determines the amount of duties the customer will need to pay.
3. The International Chamber of Commerce recommends avoiding purchases by individual credit card. Prime Distributing Co.'s Export Policy is to ship internationally only after the money due for the transaction has been deposited into Prime Distributing Co.'s account. The customer can obtain the needed funds by a cash advance using his credit card(s). Once the requested terms have been met, Prime Distributing Co. will proceed with arrangements for shipping of product Use of an international credit card or billing terms would be allowed if the customer has an existing and current record of payment terms.
