i360 3D Microscope is designed to give you a 3D perspective with rotation to your inspection process. The user can now view the specimen from all angles without having to move it. This helps reduce evaluation times and improves QC process. i360 also comes with our optional PC Link software that allows for image capture and measurement. It can also be connected directly to a PC with our optional USB Camera. Our USB Camera comes with our Infinity Analyze Imaging Software. Infinity Analyze allows you to quickly and easily process images which can be entered into an archive application or saved in a variety of formats. Measurements and annotations are easy to perform, highly reproducible and can be customized to your needs.
